Whether you’re here to watch or to take part, there’s a place for you in the celebration.
As your Mayor, it is my great joy to invite you and your families to join us for the Deltona Christmas Parade. This special evening is more than just lights, music, and floats—it is a time for our entire community to stand united under the joyful spirit of Christmas.
The holidays remind us of the blessings we share: the bonds of family, the strength of friendship, and the pride we feel in calling Deltona our home. When we come together along our city streets, cheering on our local schools, bands, businesses, and organizations, we celebrate not only the season but also the heart of our community.
I warmly encourage each of you to be part of this tradition—whether as a spectator, a volunteer, or a participant. Let us gather in unity, spread joy to our neighbors, and create memories that will last for years to come.
From my family to yours, may this Christmas fill your hearts with peace, joy, and hope. I look forward to seeing you at the parade!
With holiday cheer,
Santiago Avila, Jr.
Mayor, City of Deltona
The Deltona Christmas Parade is more than floats and lights—it is a celebration of unity, kindness, and joy. To honor the spirit of Christmas, we ask every participant to demonstrate courtesy, respect, and care in their actions and behavior. These guidelines are designed not only to ensure safety but also to reflect the values of generosity, cheer, and togetherness that make this season so meaningful. By following them, we create a magical and memorable experience for our families, neighbors, and community.
Sharing candy is part of the fun, but safety first.
We want the parade to remain safe and family-friendly for all.
To preserve the magic for the children, there can only be one Santa.
